Margaret Beatty has worked in healthcare for more than 30 years, including as a nurse, hospital CEO and trustee (with a focus on increasing healthcare access.) Her experience includes community care, independent living, and LTC projects.
Current CMH President/CEO Varouj Eskedjian announced his plan to retire last year (his last day at Campbellford Memorial Hospital will be will be June 25.)

Margaret Beatty will assume her new role of president and CEO June 24 of Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH), the hospital confirmed Friday.
Beatty has spent more than 30-plus years in health care as a hospital CEO, nurse and trustee focusing on improving access to care.

âMargaret is ideally suited to lead CMH through the challenges and opportunities in front of us,â said Kevin Huestis, vice chair, CMH board, who led the search committee for the new president.
