Inverness Sheriff Court heard that mother-of-two Marsali Jack (36), described as an HMP Grampian prisoner, had known the man for around 10 years. The 66-year-old had been trying to help Jack beat her drug addiction and during lockdown she went to his Balnacraig Road property on April 18 to 19.
