BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD Two men have been charged in connection with a carjacking after the vehicle they are accused of taking crashed into a trash truck last week on Interstate 695, according to police.
Daryl Maurice Brown, 19, of the 9700 block of Luguna Road in Middle River, faces carjacking, robbery, theft and assault charges, authorities said.
Robert Louis Davis, 18, of the 5900 block of Clayton Avenue in northeast Baltimore, is charged with armed robbery, robbery, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, second-degree assault and theft from $1,500 to under $25,000, court records show.

Police said Brown and Davis assaulted a woman in the 2000 block of Kelbourne Road in Rosedale and stole her Honda Crosstour at 6:42 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25. The victim was treated for injuries at an area hospital and has since been released, officials reported Thursday, March 4.

K9s Scout and Tygo’s vest was sponsored by Nancy Gissner of Dagsboro, DE. K9 Scout’s vest was embroidered with the sentiment “In memory of Michael Gissner”. K9 Tygo’s vest was embroidered with the sentiment “In memory of Maurice Brown, Sr.”.

EAST LIVERPOOL During their regular meeting Thursday night, the East Liverpool school board renewed their annual membership in the Ohio School Board Association at a relatively short meeting. The cost is $7,495.
Resignations included Maggie Patterson, a paraprofessional at the junior high school, and Melissa Waggle, a paraprofessional at LaCroft Elementary School.
Supplemental contracts were granted to Richard Flowers as spring equipment manager; Ryian Burson, varsity softball coach; Mary Davis, varsity assistant softball coach; Kelsey Diddle, reserve softball coach; Maurice Brown, middle school girls track coach; Dana Vulgamor, middle school girls assistant track coach; and William Miller, varsity boys tack coach.
