Michael Ray to drop new song Picture on Friday | Y100 WNCY | Your Home For Country & Fun

By Syndicated Content Warner Music Nashville The hitmaker teamed up with  Hardy and  David Garcia to write the autobiographical “Picture,” set for release on Friday. According to a statement, the song is inspired by memories from a family photograph, and finds Michael reflecting on the changing seasons of life as he sings, “ One day we’re barefoot, young and alive/The next we’re a story in a three-by-five/That somebody’s sure glad to have.”   The Florida native wrote the song the day of his  Uncle Terry‘s funeral in 2020 and was inspired by a quote from his friend about how, after we pass on, we become memories that loved ones can reflect on through photos.

Terry Huskins

It is with great sadness that we had to say our last good bye s to our dear brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Terry Huskins, who passed away February 22, 2021, due to several health issues. Born in Fort William August 1954 to Basil and Irene Huskins. Terry was a good worker, working for Hockwell for a short time where he worked on the Stanley Bridge, then for the next 30 years he worked for Port Arthur Lumber, a job that he loved and worked hard at. Terry loved to spend time with family and friends but he also loved his movie selection, that was mainly because of his health problems. You would never see Terry without a smile no matter what was happening in life, he would just laugh about everything.

Things I Thought I Would Never Hear Myself Say

Things I Thought I Would Never Hear Myself Say Since becoming a mother, some of the weirdest things have escaped my lips. (And no, I don t mean my teeth.) I have actually found myself uttering the following phrases in the past two years: 10. Don t run through the kitchen with underwear on your head! 9. If you hit your sister with that plastic fish one more time (insert threat here)! 8. Turn that vacuum cleaner off and stop chasing the dog! 7. No, I do 6. What do you 5. It is not nice to put food on strangers. (aside: Sorry, sir! ) 4. It is not nice to hit! Do you want me to spank you? (WHAT was I thinking???)
