Lords debates reduction in UK development aid

On Wednesday 28 April, the House of Lords will debate the reduction in UK development aid and its impact on achieving the objectives outlined in the Integrated Review of security, defence, development and foreign policy.
Speakers include the founder of the Relief and Development Institute and a former board member of Oxfam.
The debate will take place in Grand Committee, away from the main chamber.
Lord Alton of Liverpool (Crossbench), former chair of the Council for Education in the Commonwealth, put forward the debate.
