UPDATE (9:26 a.m.) - Caltrans reports Highway 1 in Guadalupe has reopened, but drivers are advised to use caution in the area. -
UPDATE (9:03 a.m.) - Highway 1 from Division Street to Thornberry Road is closed in Guadalupe due to flooding. Caltrans says a detour is in place at Division Street and Oso Flaco Lake Road. -
UPDATE (7:05 a.m.) â A truck was reported on its roof in a ditch off Los Osos Valley Road and West Foothill Boulevard in San Luis Obispo. The driver was said to be out of the vehicle and walking around before officers arrived.

Satellite images and videos captured the scope of the “atmospheric river” that drenched the Bay Area and brought heavy snowfall to the Lake Tahoe area on Tuesday and into Wednesday.
The storm system will be concentrated over Monterey County on Wednesday, bringing steady rain throughout the day and overnight into Thursday in the Bay Area, according to the National Weather Service.
A few lingering showers are expected Friday morning before the day dries out, NWS metereologist Cindy Palmer said.
