A pub in Salford has received an outpouring of support after being hit with a one-star review from a customer who d never even visited the premises.
The harsh review of the Coal and Cotton in Boothstown was left over the weekend by a person who said they had as yet not eaten there but were looking forward to doing so.
Despite never visiting the modern pub and restaurant, and admitting that their family thought it was excellent , the reviewer left it one star.
