LinQuest Corp. has acquired TMC Design to gain further expertise in electromagnetics, digital signal processing and radio frequency communications.
Terms of the transaction announced Tuesday were undisclosed. This is LinQuest’s second acquisition since the space systems integrator was acquired itself in 2018 by private equity firms Madison Dearborn Partners and CoVant Management.
Deal number one for LinQuest with that backing came in late 2019 when the company purchased the Perduco Group, a provider of data analytics and modeling services to defense and civilian agencies.
TMC Design s systems and solutions support the Army and other national security agencies in programs involving space-enabled cyber operations, tactical space superiority and electronic warfare.
