The man, identified as 53-year-old Scott Alexander Stephens, has been charged with disorderly conduct. If convicted, he could potentially be on the hook for a significant amount of money. Such Class C misdemeanors, per the Texas penal code, are punishable by a fine of up to $500.
The victim called the Montgomery County sheriff s office on Friday evening to report that a naked man was chasing her on Lone Star Hiking Trail s Trailhead No. 3 in Sam Houston. Located 50 miles away from the city that partially shares its name, the forest spans 163,037 acres, according to the Forest Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Alabama National Guard is working with county health departments to help people who can’t access the coronavirus vaccine get their shots.
Guard members finished their mass vaccination clinics in 24 rural counties last month and will now split up into smaller groups to find hard-to-reach populations.
This could include people who do not have transportation, those who are homebound, or those in county jails.
“Clearly, there are going to be some group homes and are going to be some people who truly are literally homebound who can’t leave,” said State Health Officer Dr. Scott Harris.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Attempted murder charges have been brought in the investigation of an attempted armed robbery at the Exxon Hi Road at Dover Crossing that resulted in the shooting of a gas station clerk in February.
According to a news release from Clarksville Police Detective Michael Patterson, 21-year-old Queonte’ Turner-Pinnix has been charged with first-degree attempted murder, aggravated attempted robbery, weapon possession as a convicted felon and employ firearm intent to go armed in relation to the shooting.
Turner-Pinnix was being held at the Montgomery County Jail on unrelated charges.

The Clarksville Police Department has charged a man with attempted murder in relation to an armed robbery that occurred in February.
According to a news release, Queonte’ Turner-Pinnix was in the Montgomery County Jail on unrelated charges and is now facing an attempted murder charge. He is alleged to have shot a 40-year old male employee of a business on Dover Road during an armed robbery on February 22.
