The Waldorf Astoria Bangkok has reopened its doors along with a fresh new culinary concept for Front Room, now featuring the eight distinctive flavours of Thai cuisine. Inspired by the idea of home-cooking, Front Room chef Supanat Khanarak and culinary professor Niphatchanok Najpinij hope to cultivate tastes that are akin to a mother’s homemade meal while encompassing all the unique sources of Thai flavour.

4 Here and Now
New Indian breakfast canteen and wine bar HERE launches on the ground floor of Restaurant Gaa at Sukhumvit Soi 53. Helmed by chef Garima Arora, the experience at the venue’s breakfast canteen opens daily from 7:30am to 5pm featuring healthy and wholesome Indian dishes. From 5pm onwards, it becomes a wine bar offering an a la carte menu to be enjoyed with an exclusive Old World wine list put together by Restaurant Gaa’s sommelier Fr
