YOUNGSTOWN Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court set bond at $250,000 for Joshua W. Moxley, 21, of Darbyshire Drive in Canfield, on 11 sex charges involving the same victim.
Moxley was indicted last month on four counts of rape, five counts of gross sexual imposition and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Two of the rape charges carry a possible life prison sentence if convicted because the alleged victim was less than 13 years old.
Not only was the alleged victim young, Moxley was between the ages of 15 and 17 when those alleged rapes took place, according to Moxley’s indictment.
