There has been much speculation about the status of Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey making surprise appearances during the upcoming 2021 Royal Rumble, but according to Wrestling Observer Newsletter they are not scheduled to appear at this Sunday’s big event.
Lesnar last appeared for WWE at WrestleMania last year, where he dropped his WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre. He is also reportedly not under contract with the company.
Rousey on the other hand is under contract until April 10, the date for WrestleMania 37. She has not been seen since WrestleMania 35 where she dropped her Raw Women’s Championship to Becky Lynch.

WWE Intercontinental champion Big E recently joined Renee Paquette s Oral Sessions podcast to discuss a number of topics, including why he doesn t believe he is at Roman Reigns level at the moment, and how he hopes to reach a main event spot in the near future.
On not being at Roman Reigns level just yet: When you look at the WWE pecking order, he’s at the very top. Having that match is the biggest moment, and I hope we’re at a point in another month or two, where I feel like I’m established enough and I’m hot enough where it makes sense.

Entering the WWF: Well, they knew my background as the World’s Strongest Man from breaking power lifting records. So my buddy Ken Patera got me a meeting with Vince McMahon up at the original WWF office in Greenwich Connecticut. I was really tight with him then and still am today actually.
