Motorcyclist, 26, dies after hitting tree: police

A 26-year-old man died overnight Saturday when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a tree in Jackson Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Tyler A. Fry was driving too fast around midnight on Hilltop Road, just north of Harvest Drive, state police said. He lost control, and his motorcycle went off the right side of the road and into a tree, according to investigators.
State police said Fry was pronounced dead at the scene.

Vehicle B&E spree on May 3 in Invermere
On Monday, May 3, three residents in the Invermere area reported waking to find someone had rummaged through their vehicles. Stolen from a vehicle parked on Ridge Drive was a set of golf clubs. A vehicle parked on 10
th Avenue had a welding helmet stolen from it and three vehicles on 12
th Avenue were also rummaged through.

Rochdale: temporary local road closures and restrictions
Area: Rochdale
Expected finish: Sunday 2 January 2022, or until such measures are deemed unnecessary.
Restriction and location:
Temporary closure of Packer Street, from its junction with Nelson Street for a distance of 56 metres in a northerly direction.
Temporary one-way operation on Nelson Street. Vehicles will not be able to travel in a westerly direction between the junction with Church Lane and the junction with King Street.
No waiting for any vehicle in the following areas:
The east side of King Street, from a point 5 metres north of its junction with Nelson Street to a point 39 metres south of its junction with Fleece Street.
