A public hearing was held for commissioners to consider an application submitted by Northstate Development, LLC to rezone approximately 16.4 acres from R-20 Residential and Highway Commercial to Planned Development (PD) district for an apartment home community. The board approved the item with modifications. Planning & Parks staff requested that the board authorize the transfer of $220,000 into the existing Mountain Creek Park capital project to fund minor amenity enhancements within the existing project design.
