A CHARITY has spread some festive joy this Christmas with a kind donation. Chirk Hospital Circle of Friends delivered some much needed festive cheer in these very difficult times to patients and staff at Chirk Community Hospital. On behalf of all members, Jackie Allen, Barbara Humphries and Dot Griffiths visited the hospital earlier this week with some special gifts for both patients and staff. A spokesman said: It is a token of appreciation and thanks to staff for all that they are doing during this very difficult and upsetting time and a small token to the patients that are having to spending Christmas in hospital.
