LOUIS, Feb. 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) (“Centene” or the “Company”) announced the results of its previously announced tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding $2,200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.75% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “2025 Notes”) from each registered holder of the 2025 Notes (the “Holders”), which expired as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 17, 2021 (the “Expiration Time”). This February, in honor of American Heart Month, WellCare of Kentucky is encouraging everyone to live heart healthy by understanding the risk factors and symptoms of heart disease and how COVID-19 can impact heart health.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) cautions that people living with certain heart conditions including heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathies and pulmonary hypertension have an increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19.
