CENTER MORICHES, NY Just in time for summer, a new, rolled ice cream shop is set to open its doors in Center Moriches.
Owners Evelyn and Richard Morales said they are aiming to unveil The Rainbow Rolls, located at 333 Main Street in Center Moriches, by Memorial Day weekend or early June, depending on when permits are received. My husband and I are big foodies and love sweets, Evelyn said. We visited Miami and had this ice cream there for years and when we went to Vegas and saw them do regular ice cream on a waffle taco we put the two together to create The Rainbow Rolls.
