YWCA Holds Raffle in Advance of Next Thursday s 38th Annual Tribute to Women

In advance of next Thursday’s YWCA 38th Annual Tribute to Women, the YWCA of Northeastern Massachusetts is having a raffle of fine white and red wines, designer purses and home spa items. Raffle tickets are one ticket for $10, three for $25 and seven for $50 and available online at ywcanema.org. The raffle closes at noon, May 14.

By WHAV Staff | 2 hours ago Twenty-two women will be honored in May when YWCA Northeastern Massachusetts presents its 38th Annual Tribute to Women. Since 1983, the YWCA’s Tribute to Women has recognized more than 1,200 Merrimack Valley and North Shore women leaders from business and community organizations. Organizers say, “A hallmark of Tribute is that women honored come from all walks of life; their contributions are varied, and all are remarkable in their own unique way.” The Tribute to Women takes place virtually May 13, at 6:30 p.m.  This year, Tribute to Women’s Diamond sponsor is again Pfizer. Northshore Magazine and WHAV are media partners. Florida Politics asked the state’s top consultants, lobbyists and political minds who stands to have the best Legislative Session and 43% picked the Governor. His believers include more than half of Republican Influencers, with just 27% of Democrats saying he’s their early favorite. For the minority party, that honor goes to Senate President Wilton Simpson, albeit by a narrow margin. Three in 10 Democrats say he’ll be the clear winner when the hankie drops. More than half of independents believe the same while just 21% of Republicans agree.
