DOUBLE WHAMMY: Janine Gutierrez brought home the bacon for GMA Network with two best actress awards in 2019.
The young actress scored back-to-back wins in acting from the URIAN (Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pilipino) and the FAMAS (Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences) for her portrayal of an empowered woman in 2019 film, Baril at Babae.
Janine earlier gained notice for another remarkable performance in the underrated film, Elise. She played an upward, liberated woman in the witty, well written, and well- acted film.
She will be seen next opposite Paulo Avelino in T-Rex Entertainment’s “Ngayon Kaya.”

Actress Roxanne Barcelo has surprised fans when she announced that she just got married to a non-showbiz guy.
“Merry Christmas from me and my husband,” she wrote on the caption of her wedding photo on Christmas Day.
In another post, Roxanne, 35, described her new blessing as “My Creator’s best gift ever.”
