The two teenagers Felix Nyarko, 16, and Nicholas Kini, 17, reportedly murdered a 11-year-old boy at Lamptey Mills in Kasoa on Saturday. The deceased, Ishmael Mensah, was a Class Four pupil of the Maranatha School and it s believed the teenagers committed such hideous crime for ritual money purposes. The murder has provoked discussions on the human quest for quick riches and living a luxurious life. Reacting to the issue on  Peace FM s morning show Kokrokoo , Kwamena Duncan was alarmed that young boys could engage in murder but, however, wasn t surprised about the incident.

Two teenagers named Felix Nyarko, 16, and Nicholas Kini, 17, allegedly murdered Ishmael Mensah, a Class Four pupil of the Maranatha School. According to sources, the teenagers lured Ishmael Mensah to an uncompleted building and struck him with a rod and brick, killing and burying him to later exhume the mortal remains for ritual money purposes. Following the gruesome murder, the teenagers were reported to the Police who arrested and prosecuted them. They were arraigned before the Ofankor District Court on Tuesday and remanded into police custody.
