ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) Several states all across the country including neighboring Pennsylvania and Connecticut are loosening, or doing away with all their state COVID-19 safety guidelines. This week, Gov. Andrew Cuomo also lifted a few state travel restrictions.
The news is welcomed, but many people who plan to travel soon are left confused by the new guidelines. What some people find confusing is the 90-day time frame they have once fully vaccinated.
The governor s announcement Wednesday on travel was quick, and no explanation followed. Travel guidance, Cuomo started. He continued, Domestic travelers are no longer required to quarantine, or test out within the 90-days of full vaccination. International travelers, you have to continue to follow CDC guidelines.

There were no new deaths reported Thursday.
17 new deaths were reported Wednesday.
Those deaths occurred between Jan. 13 and Feb. 26, 2021.
The total is 1,154 to date.
Nursing home and assisted living deaths
At least 531 of those deaths are of nursing home residents.
