Indore police nabs man for printing fake currencies

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) [India], June 9 (ANI): Indore police on Wednesday arrested a man for allegedly printing counterfeit Rupee notes from his home and circulating them in the market.
The police also seized fake currencies worth over Rs 2.5 lakh from his residence.
On Wednesday, holding a press conference, Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Indore, Manish Kapooria said: Accused Rajratan Taide, a resident of Indore s Azad Nagar, was printing fake currencies for the last two months in his home itself. We have seized a printing machine, papers that were being used for notes, etc., from his residence. He has circulated such notes worth thousands of rupees so far in the market. Fake notes worth Rs 2,53,100 have been seized from his residence, the police officer added. (ANI)

Madhya Pradesh: Indore Police Arrest A Man For Possessing 400 Vials Of Fake Remdesivir

The Indore police crime branch on Thursday (15 April) arrested one Vinay Trivedi for allegedly selling fake Remdesivir injections,

Police recovered 400 vials in 25 boxes from the car of the accused. When questioned, the accused claimed that he had procured the injections from a company in Himachal Pradesh but failed to produce any documents, deputy inspector general (DIG) Manish Kapooria told reporters.
We will get these injections tested in a laboratory, but a drug inspector, prima facie, doubted their authenticity, he said.
A case under various sections of the Indian penal code including fraud has been registered against Trivedi.

INDORE: A man associated with the pharma industry was arrested on Thursday for allegedly selling fake remdesivir injections in Madhya Pradesh s Indore city, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, the police arrested Vinay Trivedi for alleged black marketing of injections labelled as remdesivir, deputy inspector general (DIG) Manish Kapooria told reporters.
At least 16 packets, carrying 25 vials each of the suspected anti-viral drug, were seized from the accused s possession, the official said.
