Over the last 50 years, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) has exposed that sordid history and intensified its efforts last June by forming the Task Force Against Psychiatric Racism and Modern Day Eugenics.

Monrovia – United States new President, Joe Biden has signed into law an Executive Order granting protection for thousands of Liberians whose status have expired under former President Donald Trump’s Defense Bill signed in December 2019.
The Executive Order extends the Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) designated for Liberians in the U. S. until June 30, 2022, a relief for thousands of Liberians whose legal status expired in December 2020 under the law.
It was among several Executive orders signed by President Biden on his first day in office, few hours following his and VP Kamala Harris’ ‘historic’ inauguration in Washington D.C. on Wednesday, according to CBS news.

After the Syrian opposition forces took control of the city of Raqqa in northeastern Syria in March 2013, Khaled. H., the chief of Branch 355 of the Syrian General Intelligence Directorate (GID), left Raqqa and headed to Turkey on foot.
In April of the same year, Khaled. H, who worked in the GID from 2009 to 2013, went to Jordan. There, he asked the French embassy to grant him a visa, with which he was able to travel to France by plane.
Khaled H. stayed in France for a year. After undergoing preliminary interrogation, the French asylum authorities suspected that he committed human rights violations while working in Syria.
