Marquis Da Von Jackson Jr., 18 arrested Thursday is charged in the same court with dealing in a narcotic drug, conspiracy to commit dealing in a narcotic drug, and aiding, inducing or causing dealing in a narcotic drug.

MUNCIE, Ind. The plan to cancel the upcoming sixth Delaware County Circuit Court is still moving forward through the Indiana General Assembly despite the house version of the bill failing to find a sponsor from the senate.
The state legislature last year approved plans for the court, which would begin operations in January 2023. However, legislation proposed during this session would repeal the court s creation.
Current plans, unless the court is called off, would have Circuit Court 6 replace the Muncie City Court.
