La Crosse, WI (KROC-AM News) - A Spring Grove man has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for a fatal shooting in La Crosse.
32-year-old Timothy Young admitted to the charge during a hearing this morning at the La Crosse County Courthouse. He is scheduled to be sentenced on May 7th.
The Houston County man shot and killed an employee of a downtown La Crosse bar last summer. The criminal complaint says Young was refused entry into the business and later returned with a gun and shot 19-year-old Anthony Fimple in the head.

HOUSTON (KTRK) - Police in Houston are looking for a man who attacked a bar employee after he was told to put on a mask to comply with COVID-19 restrictions. The victim needed 10 stitches.
Josh Vaughan was working the door Monday night at Grand Prize Bar in Houston when he and management say a male customer came in and was resistant about wearing a mask. Vaughan approached him as he was leaving the restroom maskless. Josh Vaughan needed 10 stitches after a customer who was resistant to wearing a mask smashed a glass into pieces over the employee s head. (Source: Josh Vaughan, KTRK via CNN)
