When Disneyland Resort temporary closed on March 14, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many planned events were canceled, including Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, did not take place as scheduled.
The event had started just a few weeks before the parks closed, leaving many guests frustrated after having purchased Sip & Savor passes. The festival was originally scheduled to last through April 21, 2020
However now, Disneyland Resort has announced that guests who purchased 2020 Sip and Savor passes will be eligible for refunds. The official update on the Disneyland website reads:
The 2020 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival did not take place as planned through April 21, 2020 because of the temporary closure of the theme parks in line with direction from government officials.
