A 31-year-old Punxsutawney man is facing criminal charges after allegedly cutting down two trees on his neighbor’s property on Nov. 21 in Bell Township of Jefferson County.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, the victim reported the man had purchased the neighboring property over the summer. The victim noted that he had his property surveyed approximately a month prior to the incident and had marked the property line with both signs and purple paint and had also personally shown the property line to the man.
