Louise Minchin, 52, suffered a painful injury while training for the gruelling Norseman triathlon last year and had to undergo surgery, which has seen her take a leave of absence from the show. Before returning last week, the presenter has shared her recovery with fans, posting a photo of her bandaged ankle on social media. And with being stuck at home keeping her feet up, she revealed her postman had been nothing but heroic during the past few weeks.
