Another McLean County resident has died from COVID-19 complications. The McLean County Health Department (MCHD) reports it is a woman in her 60s who did not live in long-term care.

The new cases were found in a batch of about 400 test results returned in the past day. McLean County’s testing positivity rate (7-day rolling) held at 2.4%.
The active caseload continues to drop to its lowest level in nearly three months. Twenty-six county residents remain hospitalized with COVID-19. Another 161 people are isolating at home, while an additional 49 are now considered recovered.
McLean County health officials reported 58 new confirmed or probable COVID-19 cases Monday, as the county’s testing positivity rate dropped half a percentage point to 2.4%.
