The 9th Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo finished with some 24,000 attendees during its three-day span between July 9 and 11. According to the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), some 39 contracts were signed involving 44 enterprises, with a total of 4,974 business-to-business meetings conducted. The exhibition covered a total area of 23,000 square meters and featured 708 booths, with 394 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions taking part, including 265 exhibitors from Mainland China and Taiwan, as well as 23 international exhibitors. This year expo included several cloud initiatives, including a Cloud Live Broadcast that included live streams spanning 41 hours carried out by two Mainland key opinion leaders (KOLs) and six Macau KOLs.
