MACOMB TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A Macomb Township man has been arrested and charged after an investigation uncovered child sexually abusive material, according to the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials said a two-count warrant was issued for 42-year-old Michael Snay on aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and using computers to commit a crime, both of which are felonies. Snay was arraigned Wednesday and given a $10,000 personal bond.
The sheriff’s office Macomb Area Computer Enforcement (MACE) team led the investigation, which began with a tip from the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children unit. HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – One person died in a suspected Harrison Township home invasion that happened early Monday afternoon, according to police.
Officers were called to the Harrison Woods Lane condominium complex at around 12:36 p.m. on Monday to investigate an active home invasion.

Officers found a body when they got inside the home. As of 3 p.m. on Monday deputies from the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office were still at the scene investigating the fatal shooting.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP Two suspects have been arrested in association with the shooting deaths of two women at a Clinton Township apartment complex.
On Jan. 25, the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office authorized felony warrants for Darrell Semaj Banks, 19, of Mount Clemens, and Dajuan Dion-Diego Davenport, 20, of Warren.
Both have been charged with two counts of first-degree homicide, which are punishable by up to life in prison. They were also charged with a two-year felony firearm.
