Uniindia: Mumbai, Jun 1 (UNI) Maharashtra Minister for Minorities Nawab Malik on Tuesday informed that an order has been issued by the MVA state government to benefit the Maratha community in Economical Weaker Section (EWS).
As per the Maharashtra government, the Maratha community can avail benefits of reservation under 10 per cent economically weaker sections quota in government jobs and education.

Taking a jibe at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the negative growth reported in financial year 2020-21, Maharashtra Minister of State for Home and Information Technology and senior Congress leader Satej Patil said that he would not be surprised if the ruling party at the Centre blamed former Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Pakistan for this economic failure.
In a tweet on Tuesday (June 1), Satej Patil wrote, âWonât be surprised if BJP ministers start blaming Nehruji and Pakistan for this marvelous economic failure #7YearsOfLies.
Chavan alleged that the Centre has taken all decision-making powers into its hands, but now after the outbreak of COVID, it is blaming the state governments.
