Tonio (not his real name), 47, is facing rape charges that his daughter filed against him. The rape allegedly happened in 2018.
According to team leader Police Lieutenant Zozimo Ravanes Jr., the daughter decided to file a complaint against her father after she acquired the support of her family.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Judilyn Hugo Tapia-Menchavez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 8 in Toledo City, Cebu on June 3, 2021.
