NRL stars and their families locked up in Queensland quarantine hubs must prove they taped their balcony doors shut after breaching Covid rules. Family members were photographed passing lollies to guests on floors above and below them at the Novotel Hotel in Surfers Paradise on their first day in the league s Covid bubble.  Everyone in the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast hubs are as a result banned from their balconies and must supply photo evidence of the taped doors.  NRL families have been forced to tape their balconies shut and send photo proof to Queensland Health after they were pictured breaching quarantine rules
