Frederick Police Chief Jason Lando said officers were called around 8:20 a.m. to the 8400 block of Progress Drive at a Navy facility in the Riverside Tech Park. Two victims, both sailors assigned to Fort Detrick, were flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. One is in critical condition while the other is expected to be discharged on Wednesday. Police said the suspect, Fantahun Girma Woldesenbet, 38, who lived off base in Frederick, used a rifle in the shootings.
