Major factors driving the growth of construction equipment rental market size are :
Renting avoids expenses due to maintenance, immoderate operational costs, high wages of skilled operators, also high initial investment and financial constraints can be avoided.
Renting also shields companies from locking their capital during economic uncertainty, global pandemic like COVID-19 by cancelling the equipment contracts when the demand drops.
Major infrastructure projects in emerging markets and a boom in residential construction in the US and Europe during the forecasted year:

From monitoring climate change to avoiding space debris – pioneering space technology gets government cash boost
Recipients include the University of Leeds, which will develop 3D printing methods and liquid-crystal technology, similar to that in our television screens at home, to develop far-infrared sensors for studying climate change and star formation.
Another project, led by Rocket Engineering in London, will create a compact propulsion system the size of a house brick for use in nano and small satellites. The engines use electromagnets to enable the satellites to move for in-orbit spacecraft servicing or space debris mitigation.
The funding comes from the UK Space Agency’s National Space Technology Programme (NSTP), which supports development of space technologies, encourages collaboration between industry and academia, and encourages new entrants to the space sector.
NASA, Boeing looking to begin SLS Exploration Upper Stage manufacturing in 2021
March 4, 2021
Manufacturing and assembly development work for the Space Launch System (SLS) Exploration Upper Stage (EUS) is starting to ramp up at the Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF) in New Orleans. NASA’s SLS Program and EUS prime contractor Boeing are preparing to begin construction of the test and flight articles that will be needed to certify and fly the new upper stage’s first launch.
A structural test article (STA) will be assembled at MAF and tested at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, Alabama. The first flight article will then be completed and travel from Michoud to the relatively nearby Stennis Space Center in southern Mississippi for a Green Run test campaign similar to the one that the first Core Stage is going through.
The successful engine firing at the DefendTex/RMIT test facility.
An Australian research consortium has successfully tested a next generation propulsion system that could enable high-speed flight and space launch services.
The team’s rotating detonation engine, or RDE, is a major technical achievement and an Australian first.
It was designed by RMIT University engineers and is being developed by a consortium led by DefendTex, with researchers from RMIT, University of Sydney and Universität der Bundeswehr in Germany.

How it works
While conventional rocket engines operate by burning fuel at constant pressure, RDEs produce thrust by rapidly detonating their propellant in a ring-shaped combustor.

NASA is seeking proposals for ground and flight demonstrations of integrated megawatt-class powertrain systems for subsonic aircraft. The deadline for proposals for this solicitation is 5 p.m. EST April 20.
The demonstrations will help rapidly mature and transition integrated Electrified Aircraft Propulsion (EAP) technologies and associated EAP vision systems for introduction into the global fleet by 2035. Integrated EAP concepts are rapidly emerging as potentially transformative solutions to significantly improve the environmental sustainability of the next generation of subsonic transport vehicles. EAP electrical systems are being developed to replace or boost fuel-burning aircraft propulsion systems, analogous to how electric or hybrid motors are used in automobiles.
