NFL invites 7,500 healthcare workers to Super Bowl 55 in Tampa

As we head into championship Sunday in the NFL where ESPN s Adam Schefter tweeted out the news on Friday morning. The NFL released its owns statementas well confirming the announcement adding that the healthcare workers  will receive free Super Bowl tickets and gameday experiences directly from the NFL. All 32 NFL clubs will select vaccinated health care workers from their communities to attend the Super Bowl in Tampa Bay on Sunday, Feb 7. A few NFL Stadiums had limited fans this season which depended on local and state regulations wherever each team played, the Giants and Jets for example had none because of the restrictions in New Jersey.

Berkeley house fire appears accidental but under investigation

A home in the Holiday City section of Berkeley Township sustained damage in a Thursday fire, that appears accidental in its cause, but remains under further investigation. Berkeley Police said they responded around 10:15 am to a La Combe Terrace residence and saw that it was engulfed in flames. They were able to then learn that nobody was inside the home at the time. The Berkeley Township fire department had some assistance putting out the fire from The Manitou Park Fire Department, The Pinewald Pioneer Fire Department, Bayville Fire Department, Beachwood Fire Department and the Toms River Fire Department. For precautionary purposes, surrounding homes on the street were evacuated and traffic was diverted from the area.

New Hampshire man charged with DUI in Toms River Parkway crash The cause of an accident that closed down the southbound exit of 82 on the Garden State Parkway Tuesday night was the result of a New Hampshire man driving behind the influence and crashing into another vehicle. Toms River Police said Avery Murch, 25, of Weare, New Hampshire and Thomas Holl, 32, of Toms River were both heading south on the GSP around 4:00 pm when Holl entered the right lane heading towards Exit 82 as Murch tried getting into the same lane. Murch then sideswiped Holl s vehicle, police said, and continued toward the exit ramp.
