Breath of the Wild in action at the E3 2021 Nintendo Direct presentation.
Zelda fans have been eagerly awaiting even a crumb of information since its debut two years ago. Now we know it takes place up in the skies and is “aiming for a 2022 release”.
It’s still a little way off, then, but so far it’s looking gorgeous. The new E3 2021 trailer showed Link with a corrupted arm, flying over floating islands in the skies, and brand new Sheikah powers. It’s just enough to whet our appetites.
