MINISTER LAMENTS LACK OF COORDINATION ON KEY BILLS KUWAIT CITY, June 30: National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim adjourned the special session on Wednesday due to the absence of the government as per Article 116 of the Constitution.
