The National Road Safety Strategy for 2021-30, with a Vision for 2045 envisions a traffic system that ensures safety, connectivity, convenience, effectiveness, and eco-friendliness. Most notably, it demands a mandatory driver s license for users of electric bicycles with less than 4kW of engine capacity and mopeds with with less than 50cc of engine capacity.
