FRANKFURT, May 28 (Xinhua) German stocks rose on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index up 113.25 points, or 0.74 percent, to close at 15,519.98 points. Manufacturing and electronics company Siemens won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 3.75 percent. Semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies and pharmaceutical company Merck gained 2.39 percent and 1.83 percent respectively. Automotive manufacturer Daimler, Deutsche Post and renal dialysis equipment supplier Fresenius Medical were the top three losers among the blue chips, down by 1.58 percent, 1.29 percent and 0.66 percent respectively. Deutsche Post was the most-traded share with a turnover of 265.85 million euros (322.80 million U.S. dollars).
