PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/ANN): The Kep Provincial Administration is pushing forward the preparation of plans and maps to expand the province’s public recreation areas – from only 300m currently to 3km along the province’s nearly 27km coastline – in Thmey village of Kep town’s Prey Thom commune to cater for tourists.
Provincial governor Som Piseth told The Post on Monday (March 15) that until now, the preparation was about 70 to 80 per cent complete and would be finished by the Khmer New Year in April.
