Jury delivers verdict after siblings accused of feeding sleeping man a kebab A brother and sister have been found guilty of killing a man who choked to death on a kebab on a train. David Clark, 56, died when a piece of chicken the size of a golf ball became lodged in his throat on the 9.05pm train from Lancaster to Barrow on May 2 2018. His friend David Noble, 32, and Noble’s sister Nicole Cavin, 22, have been found guilty of manslaughter after a jury ruled they force fed Mr Clark after he fell asleep on the train. The jury, sitting at Preston’s Nightingale Court at Preston North End, took eight hours and two minutes to find Noble and Cavin guilty of manslaughter.
