Former legendary nightclub transformed into 24 luxury apartments in £5m development A former nightclub, renowned for its revolving dancefloor, has been transformed into high-end luxury apartments. The £5m development has been undertaken by TSS Properties, who have turned the six-storey Brown s nightclub building in Preston into 24 luxurious living spaces, available to rent from June this year. The ground floor of Buckingham House in Glover s Court, opened as Browns Cafe Bar in 1998, before the first floor became Truth nightclub in 2003. And now, the four floors above the legendary music venue have been transformed, with Truth and Browns being kept as offices.  Preston-based TSS previously completed a similar £2.5m development of high-end apartments in the former Booths cafe and warehouse building in Glover s Court, called City Bridge.
