President Jokowi visits South Sumatra to inaugurate toll road project 26th January 2021
President Joko Widodo arrives in Palembang, South Sumatra, January 26, 2021. ANTARA/HO-Presidential Secretariat Press Bureau Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) paid a working visit to Palembang, South Sumatra Province, on Tuesday, to inaugurate the Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung Toll Road.
The Presidential Aircraft Indonesia-1, carrying the head of state and his limited entourage, departed from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, at around 8:25 a.m. local time.
Upon arrival at the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport, Palembang City, the president and his entourage headed to the Kramasan toll gate where the inauguration ceremony was held with strict adherence to health protocols.
