Emma Louise Workman Gunsallus Emma Louise Workman Gunsallus, of Zion in Bellefonte, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021. Born into humble beginnings in Mingoville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William S. and Geneva W. (Reed) Workman on Feb. 10, 1936. She was a 1954 graduate of Walker Township High School. During her childhood, she grew to know the value of hard work. She would help her family work on a farm that they rented in Stormstown, Pa. Eventually, her parents moved back to Walker Township where they purchased a farm of their own and she worked side-by-side with them. She also held jobs at Getting Engineering, Hecla Park, Nittany Valley Country Club, and a general store in Mingoville, Pa.
