The counsels cited judgments wherein accused were granted relief in case of judges giving split decisions. A three member bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) headed by Justice Ali Baqar Najafi directed the NAB’s special prosecutor Syed Faisal Raza Bukhari to begin his arguments on April 22 (tomorrow). Justice Aalia Neelum and Justice Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi were other members of the bench hearing the case.
