With the COVID-19 pandemic spurring the first decline in human development in 30 years, the international community must commit to bolder and more agile efforts to prevent further crises from unfolding. This was the conclusion of the Prevention in Action – Global Forum 2021, a two-day virtual forum hosted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on 3 and 4 March, 2021.
