RANGPUR, April 11, 2021 (BSS) – A total of 15,991 more citizens were inoculated with the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine today raising the number of second dose recipients to 38,509 in Rangpur division.
Health officials said the total of 38,509 second dose recipient citizens, including 28,241 male and 10,268 female of the division, previously got the first dose of the vaccine at least two months ago.
“Earlier, inoculation of the COVID-19 vaccine as the second dose began on Thursday alongside continuation of the first dose in all eight districts of the division,” Divisional Director (Health) Dr Md Ahad Ali told BSS.

RANGPUR, April 10, 2021 (BSS) – A total of 14,683 more citizens were inoculated with the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccines today raising the number of second dose recipients to 22,678 in Rangpur division.
Health officials said the total of 22,678 second dose recipient citizens, including 16,980 male and 5,698 female of the division, previously got the first dose of the vaccines two months ago.
“Earlier, inoculation of the COVID-19 vaccines as the second dose began on Thursday alongside continuation of the first dose in the division,” Divisional Director (Health) Dr Md Ahad Ali told BSS.
The district-wise break-up of the second dose recipient 22,678 citizens stands at 4,031 in Rangpur, 3,307 in Panchagarh, 3,237 in Nilphamari, 884 Lalmonirhat, 2,027 Kurigram, 2,047 in Thakurgaon, 4,839 in Dinajpur and 2,306 in Gaibandha of the division.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (KT) â Gov. Andy Beshear has signed an executive order creating an Unemployment Insurance Fraud Detection and Prevention Task Force to coordinate between state and federal agencies the detection, investigation, prosecution and prevention of unemployment insurance fraud in Kentucky.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States has seen an increase in fraudulent claims for unemployment insurance. To date more than $63 billion in fraudulent benefits has been paid nationwide. This fraud is complex and requires a multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional response, which the task force is designed to address.
