The new rules you must follow to make money from property and why outer suburb houses area bad idea

Australians buying a home hoping for a future profit have been warned against investing in outer suburbs as younger people prioritise lifestyle. Property values last month soared at the fastest pace since October 1988 with price records set in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart. Buyers are piling into the market with Reserve Bank interest rates at a record low of 0.1 per cent and the big banks offering fixed-mortgage rates of less than 2 per cent. However Brett Warren, the Brisbane director of buyer s agent Metropole Property Strategists, said property was not guaranteed to keep appreciating, and buyers had a new set of investment rules they should follow.

'Fearless (Taylor's Version)': Everything You Need to Know About the Six 'Vault' Tracks

Fearless (Taylor s Version) : Everything You Need to Know About the Six Vault Tracks On 4/9/21 at 5:08 AM EDT Fearless (Taylor s Version) is streaming now, meaning that fans are now able to stream this new version of Taylor Swift s breakthrough album. As well as re-records of the songs from the 2008 album, this new version contains six tracks from the Vault, tracks left off the original album. You All Over Me and Mr. Perfectly Fine were released in the lead-up to the album release. And four more tracks came out on April 9. One thing I ve been loving about these From The Vault songs, Swift said in March on Twitter, is that they ve never been heard, so I can experiment, play, and even include some of my favorite artists.

This is my very first documented, official pop album, Swift said during a live-stream event where she announced 1989, her upcoming fifth studio album. In my opinion, we made the most sonically cohesive album I ve ever made.

Brisbane recommended as a good city to buy a house with 20 per cent price growth predicted to 2022

A city that is much more affordable than Sydney or Melbourne is tipped to conservatively enjoy 20 per cent house price growth during the next two years. In Brisbane, $1million buys a very nice house, including a renovated Queenslander, near the city instead of an ordinary brick veneer home in western Sydney more than 30km from the central business district. In the Queensland capital, $650,000 is still enough for a modest home near the CBD.  During the past year, six suburbs in Brisbane saw mid-point house prices climb into the seven figures, with values soaring by more than $250,000 in one year or by close to a third.
